Terms of service

The service

LeagueCircuit lets organizers host and manage tournaments and lets spectators watch them. The software is open source under the MIT license and the service is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranty of any kind.

Organizer responsibilities

• Only add players and teams with their knowledge and consent.
• Keep your account credentials and private-tournament passwords safe.
• You are responsible for the content of your tournaments — names, images, rules, and descriptions.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to host unlawful content, harass people, impersonate others, or attempt to disrupt the platform (including probing the realtime relay or other users' tournaments). We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators and contributors of LeagueCircuit are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service — including data loss, disputes over match results, or prize distribution. Tournament prizes are entirely between organizers and participants.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
